WAVIT and AVIXA Women’s Council invite you to join us for Give to Gain, a contribution-driven experience designed to transform how women connect, support, and grow together in AV/IT and technology.

Co hosts-WAVIT and the AVIXA Women’s Council SoCal Group’s International Women’s Day event is designed as a contribution-driven networking experience centered around the theme Give to Gain. Rather than traditional networking focused on self-promotion, this event flips the model: every attendee participates as both a giver and receiver of value.

Participants arrive prepared to contribute something tangible to the community: knowledge, mentorship, introductions, marketing insight, career advice, or resources, creating a collaborative environment where generosity multiplies opportunity.

The event reinforces WAVIT’s mission to empower, educate, and elevate women in AV/IT by transforming networking into an active exchange of support.

Secondarily, they will collect baby items and monetary donations for MomsOC as a give back moment as well. Thought is that someone may not feel like they have anything to give, in this capacity, they can still give to charity rather than of themselves.
