The cavlo Tech Expo will return to Nashville, Tennessee on April 22–23, 2026, bringing together professionals from across the professional AVL, broadcast, live events, digital signage, and technology integration industries for two days of hands-on technology discovery, networking, and education.

Hosted by cavlo, the event is designed to create a more accessible, efficient tradeshow experience where attendees can connect directly with manufacturers, distributors, and technology innovators while exploring the latest solutions shaping the future of Pro AVL and digital signage.This year’s event will feature strategic collaborations with leading industry organizations including Higher Education Technology Managers Alliance (HETMA), WAVIT (Women in AV/IT), and professional education through the Digital Signage Certified Expert (DSCE) Program.

Also partnering with cavlo is WAVIT (Women in AV/IT), a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering, educating, and elevating women within the professional AV and IT industries.

At cavlo Tech Expo, WAVIT will exhibit and provide information about its mentorship and internship programs, designed to help cultivate the next generation of technology professionals and expand career opportunities across the Pro AV ecosystem.
