Join WAVIT, NSCA, and the AVIXA Women’s Council to celebrate International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month in our virtual event, “The Future is WE: Women & Equity” on Building Equity, Allyship, and Leadership to thrive in the AV/IT industry. Register to attend on Tuesday, March 5th for a session with Award-Winning Technologist, TeLisa Daughtry, as she inspires discussions in this years #IWD24 theme, “Inspiring Inclusion”. 

Here's what to do! 

1. Register to attend the event
2. Get involved in #IWD2024. Strike the official #InspireInclusion pose and submit either a photo and/or a short video by February 20th. See below for more details. The photos and videos will be posted on social media and our website, and also included in the March newsletter.

If you would like to submit a selfie striking the #InspireInclusion pose, please upload your high-res photo to our Google Drive, linked below. The photos will be put into a collage and shared on social media, so keep an eye out for yours!

If you are comfortable recording a short video, please head over to MarketScale Studio and record yourself answering the question: “What does inspire inclusion mean to you?”. Once you submit your recording, MarketScale will edit the clip to include your name and title, so be sure to spell that out correctly before pressing submit. Don't forget to strike the official pose during your recording too!
